Global Cash Access Signs Agreement to Provide Check Cashing Services to Penn National's Gaming Establishments

LAS VEGAS, Aug 28, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Global Cash Access, Inc. (GCA), a leading provider of cash access products and related services to the gaming industry, announced it has signed an agreement with Penn National Gaming, Inc., to provide its Central Credit check warranty service to Penn National's gaming establishments.

"The new Central Credit electronic check product streamlines cage operations which enables us to reduce costs and provide a better experience for our patrons," said Len DeAngelo, executive vice president of operations with Penn National Gaming.

Central Credit check warranty is a service through which payment on certain types of patron checks is warranted, which allows casinos to eliminate the risk of nonpayment on such checks.

Central Credit, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GCA, is the leading source for gaming credit information with a proprietary database of gaming patron credit history and transaction data on millions of gaming patrons worldwide.
