Global Cash Access Signs Multi-Year Agreement with Sycuan Casino and Six Other Native American Gaming Properties

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 22, 2006--Sycuan Casino in San Diego, one of Southern California's premier Indian gaming and resort facilities, has signed a multi-year agreement to use the products and services of Global Cash Access, Inc. (GCA), a leading provider of cash access products and related services to the gaming industry. Six other Native American gaming properties have also signed agreements with GCA.

Owned and operated by the Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation Indians, Sycuan Casino will use multiple GCA products and services, including QuikCash Plus(TM) Web (QCP Web), Casino Cash Plus(R) 3-in-1 ATM, QuikCash(TM) cash advance terminals, Central Credit check warranty service and QuikCredit. GCA will also operate a Financial Service Center within the casino.

"Having GCA operate the Financial Service Center will enable us to improve customer service. GCA also has the track record to prove its cash access products can help increase cash on the floor," said Steve Penhall, general manager for Sycuan Casino. "We're very excited about our new relationship with GCA and look forward to the future and our mutual success."

Financial Service Centers are onsite GCA-operated satellite cashiers or booths that serve as cash access centers. With convenient access to cash through credit card cash advances, point-of-sale (POS) debit cash withdrawals, money transfer and check warranty services, a GCA Financial Service Center offers extended customer service, eliminates lines at the cage and reduces labor costs.

GCA's QCP Web product can also help improve operations. It is a proprietary browser-based, full service cash access transaction processing system for casino cashier operations. It processes multiple financial transactions through one device, streamlining operations and increasing the speed of transactions.

"We are looking forward to establishing a cash access partnership with yet another Native American casino," said Diran Kludjian, executive vice president of sales for GCA. "We believe Sycuan will benefit from our products and services, helping them to be more profitable, operate more efficiently and retain and attract customers."

GCA offers a number of products and services, including ATM technology, cashless gaming products and marketing services that help casino patrons access cash, help gaming establishments better understand their patrons, and enhance gaming establishments' patron marketing activities.

-- Apache Gold Casino - San Carlos, Ariz.

-- Cherokee Casino - Ft. Gibson, Okla.

-- Cherokee Casino - Sallisaw, Okla.
