There are three areas where Brian sets the bench mark for all outside vendors to live up to. First, Brian is consistently open and friendly. He is very easy to talk to and in our meeting everyone spoke on how Brian remembered their name after just a brief meeting. He has that rare talent that he just seems to be like an old friend.
Secondly, Brian is knowledgeable. Ask him a question and you get the answer. You also get the answer in a way that is easy to understand yet Brian never comes off as either patronizing or condescending. If Brian doesn't know the answer to something you know he will get back to you ASAP. This leads to the third area Brian excels at, follow through. If Brian tells us a new hand held unit will be here tomorrow, it's a sure bet (and that's very rare in a casino)! We rely on Brian and he has never let us down.
Although Brian only deals with a few people in management he has also made himself known to all of our front line people in a very positive way. Above and beyond, yes that's Brian. Brian Keena is Global Cash to us and we think Global Cash couldn't be represented better.
