Not an offer too many casinos are willing
to make, but it is a brilliant one for

response rates of 8% to 12%.
2. Offer: $500 in comps
Free rooms, dinners and shows keep customers

offer can result in a 5% to 10% response
rate. To achieve the targeted number
of occupied rooms, just adjust the number
of mailers to be distributed.
3. Offer $250 in comps or cash
As you would expect, the response rate
goes down with the perceived value of
the offer. However, offers in the $150
range attract good, although more frugal,
players. Nevertheless, these customers
are very profitable for the casino,
especially on anticipated slow weekends.
