We work with your marketing department to create a direct mail campaign which typically produces an average response rate of 3% - 8%.
List Services: Purchase lists of names and addresses at a discounted price for direct mail. These names do not come from the GCA database. We receive a discount from our vendor based on our volume and pass along the savings to you.

Download the data from the internet and de-dupe it from your player’s club database. You now have new prospects that are a result of the process. This service is available 24/7 and FREE to you because you are a GCA customer.

Append Services: Capture information about your customers on an individual level. We can provide you with demographic and psychographic information. You can choose from over 1000 data select items and we will provide the records back to you along with the special interest codes that will help you better target market to your customers. Other append services include telephone and email addresses.
Database Cleaning: Our low-cost database cleaning service minimizes mail returns & prevents your gaming location from losing contact with profitable customers. Federal guidelines require you to NCOA (National Change of Address) your database every 90 days starting in 2008.
E-Marketing & PURL Services: E-marketing can achieve higher response rates than direct mail and typically at about a third of the cost. Personal URL’s (PURL) are another option which is very effective in achieving high response rates and gathering information on your customers.
