STEP (Self Transaction Exclusion Program) is an extension of GCA’s Responsible Gaming Partnership. STEP provides a way for patrons to exclude themselves at GCA's cash advance and ATM network in nearly 1,000 gaming establishments in the United States.
When the required authorization forms are completed, access to cash through GCA's network will be denied or reactivated depending on the instructions given (reactivation requires a one-year waiting period).

To use the STEP Program perform the following:

• Download the required Reject Card or Reactivate Card form.
• Print the downloaded forms
• Fill out the appropriate form – one form instructs GCA to reject cash advances (Reject Card), the other instructs GCA to remove the rejection (Reinstate Card)
• Mail the completed form to Global Cash Access, Inc., Attn: Cheryl Dotson, Global Cash Access, 3525 East Post Road, Suite 120, Las Vegas, NV 89120.

Reject Card | Reactivate Card

GCA's cash access network now has the flexibility to let patrons set their own cash withdrawal limits. By submitting the Daily Limit agreement below, a patron can request GCA reject all requested transactions exceeding the aggregate of the patron's daily limit for a card during a single calendar day at all GCA-operated ATMs and cash advance terminals. The patron can set any dollar amount for their personal daily limit below the limit set by the card issuer.
